Well, so far so good, no numbers other than my weightwatchers ones.
I rejoined weightwatchers on monday evening and haven't looked back. It's certainly giving me a focus and I'm enjoying eating healthy meals without bingeing and no starving either.
Also, my peppy mood probably has something to do with being back at the gym since tuesday which has been awesome...
not sure how I will manage for 3 months in the summer when I go home!

weight watchers always seems like a really healthy idea. having a plan always seems safe to me.
i talk about going to a nutritionist, but it's been just talk. you're inspiring me to do something that will give me a healthy plan and then let me forget about it.

It has made an amazing difference.
First time I joined weight watchers I lost 4 stone.
But once I'd reached my goal weight that's what set my ED off, I stopped going to the meetings.
It's definitely helping me at the moment. Like my latest post says, it's giving me some control back.
I'm already following you I think.
